Catching the Waves on a Cloudy Evening

The phase where everyone claiming that they know whether it’s a boy or girl or robot, is over for Cloud and SaaS.  If the vibes from NASSCOM Product Conclave were a sign, Cloud 1 has truly emerged and is morphing into a new wave of Cloud2. BTW, I got an enjoyable and edifying evening of crash lessons on cloud 2 and on the entrepreneurial zeal of catching the waves, at the conclave, on Nov 10, 2010....

It’s not only the thought that counts

I was at the NASSCOM Product Conclave last week and met several entrepreneurs.  Many of them have moved out of the drudgery of working in a glass ceilinged services environment, and broken free to build a new product for the ever growing Indian market, some even venturing into global waters. A brave new step that’s heartening indeed!
