Overview: We celebrate the 3rd year of our flagship EMERGE 50 Awards for 2011. The last 2 years witnessed phenomenal success in recognizing emerging Indian companies across all business sectors. The initiative showcased companies who established new business models, built innovative products and services or clocked fastest growth rates.
The NASSCOM EMERGE 50 awards for 2011 aims to highlight the next set of 50 emerging companies with the key objective of building the future companies for the country.
EMERGE Growth: Smart Investment in technology is the buzzword while business grapple with an uncertain economic environment globally. NASSCOM invites companies which are growing rapidly in terms of revenues, customer base, and newer markets and are all profitable to apply for the EMERGE awards in the GROWTH category
EMERGE Innovation: Innovation is a well agreed upon catalyst for growth in markets worldwide. History has seen many innovations in products, process, technologies, services and ideas to have positively affected markets, government and society at large. NASSCOM invites companies focused on Product/ service innovation, business model innovation, innovation in technology to apply for the EMERGE awards in the INNOVATION category.
EMERGE Startup: This category includes all products/ services by a start-up in the above categories (growth and innovation). Revenue would not be a parameter to short-list the companies. This would include companies which are less than 3 years old or which clocks less than INR 5 crore in annual revenues. NASSCOM invites such companies to apply for the EMERGE awards in the Startup category.
